Better Bridge is honored to present this proposal to Covenant Coffee and Covenant Community Services. What follows is not simply a services quote — it reflects a shared commitment to community, financial empowerment, and restoring lives.
Better Bridge proposes a significant investment in Covenant's digital presence, offered at deeply discounted rates made possible through a formal partnership that amplifies both organizations' missions to the communities we jointly serve.

Modern, mobile-first website redesign on a stable CMS platform. Includes: refreshed homepage, shop & subscribe experience, product listings (whole bean, ground, K-Cup), Hope Blog, donor/impact storytelling section, news feed, account management, WooCommerce integration, SEO optimization, accessibility compliance, and SSL security.
covenantcs.net — Full Redesign
Complete overhaul of the Covenant Community Services site. Includes: mission-driven homepage, program pages (THP+, Life Development, Employment & Training, Mentoring/Horse Program), news section, resources hub, donate/give integration, staff portal links, contact forms, and social media integration.
Managed Web Hosting — All Three Properties
Managed hosting for covenantcoffee.org, covenantcs.net, and the THP AWS server environment. Includes uptime monitoring, security patches, SSL certificates, and routine backups. All three properties consolidated at one bundled monthly rate.
Amazon Store Build-Out (Partnership Bonus)
Full Amazon storefront setup for Covenant Coffee — product listings, brand registry setup, optimized descriptions, and imagery integration — completed at no charge as part of the partnership commitment.

One annual small business seminar for Covenant clients ready to take the next step — business formation, financial planning, and growth strategies.
Shared Social Presence
Collaborative posts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn announcing the partnership, celebrating wins, and cross-promoting both organizations' missions. 4 posts per year, with stories.
Joint Venture Announcement
A formal partnership announcement distributed across both networks — amplifying Covenant's mission to Better Bridge's audience and vice versa.
Client Access
Better Bridge gains trusted access to Covenant Coffee's client community for educational programming — always in service of those clients' wellbeing.
Amazon Store Build-Out
Upon partnership commencement, Better Bridge will complete Covenant Coffee's full Amazon storefront at no charge — a $1,500 value, delivered in good faith.

Should Covenant Coffee accept this partnership, Better Bridge will complete the full Amazon storefront build-out at no charge. This includes product page creation, brand storefront design, optimized copy, and imagery — everything needed to launch confidently on Amazon.
