Our Steering Committee has been working closely with WSDOT, elected officials, affected communities and other jurisdictions to think creatively and find affordable and practical yet visionary solutions that break the political and traffic gridlock we have faced for years on this vital corridor.

Brief words of recognition for a fantastic team 

The remarkable progress we have made in the past year is due to thousands of hours of volunteer effort from an unbelievably talented group of citizens who have attended meetings, written letters, offered their expertise, donated money or prepared illustrations and models. The following individuals stand out for special recognition: Bob Mahon, Robert Rosencrantz, Linda and Pete Stoner, Ken Schubert, Kate Battuello, Lyle Bicknell, Colleen Chartier, JoAnn Chartier, Don Stark, Eugene Wasserman, Mabry DeBuys, Mike Fleming, Jared Offner, Mari Jalbing, Marcia Baker, Mark Stoner, Bruce Balick, the board of the Montlake Community Club and the many others who have used their influence and contacts to open doors to make our vision for a better SR 520 possible.
